Sage Agasthiyar Statue installed at Gopalapuram Siddha Ayurveda Hospital

The statue of Sage Agasthiyar, the Founder of Siddha Medicine was installed in the District Siddha Ayurveda Hospital in Gobalapuram Nilaveli at a simple religious ceremony recently.

Eastern Provincial Commissioner of Indegenous Medicine Dr Rajarajeswary Srithar was the Chief Guest. Medical Superintendent of District Siddha Ayurveda Hospital Gobalapuram Nilaveli - Dr Niranjan presided.

Medical Officer Dr.Uthyanan, Medical Officer Dr. Rajavathana, Medical Officer Dr. Niruba, members of the staff and patients attended the event.
