Ayudha Puja celebrations were held with devotion in the Sai Kulwant Hall at in Prasanthi Nilayam, worshipping 'Sai Vahan', vehicles that had been blessed by Bhagawan's touch, including the Golden Chariot.
Ayudha Puja is traditionally done on the eighth day of the Navaratri Festival. Customarily, implements used for livelihood are worshipped on this day, a symbolic affair reminding man of Supreme Divine grace. In Prasanthi, it has been customary to worship the vehicles used by Bhagawan during the occasion, a custom set by Bhagawan HimSelf decades ago. Trustees, senior office bearers, students and staff along with devotees attended the function.
Vedam and bhajans accompanied the function that ended with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
