Jaffna Court releases two university students on bail 700 01
Jaffna Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 16 released two university students who were on remand allegedly for being in possession of the photograph of LTTE Leader Prabaharan.

The suspects are 27-year old Navaratnam Divaharan, and 25-year old Sivaraja Babilaraj, both students at the Jaffna University. When they were produced in Court on May 04, police did not object to releasing them on bail.

Earlier Tamil National Alliance Jaffna district Parliamentarian M.A. Sumanthiran submitted to the Attorney General that they be released without any charge or be allowed bail.
