66 Indian fishermen released

Sixty six Indian fishermen, who had been on remand over the chargeof fishing in Sri Lankan territorial waters, were released by Court on Monday.

28 Indian fishermen were released by Point Pedro Court, while 38 Indian fishermen were released by Kayts Magistrate’s Court. They were handed over to the Indian Consulate in Jaffna.
