EX Union Minister Chidambaram ordered to be held in judicial custody 700 01

Former Union Finance Minister P.Chidamparam has been sent on a fourteen day judicial custody till September 19 by a Delhi Court hearing INX Media case. The order was delivered on Thursday by Special Judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar.

Court rejected the plea made by Chidambaram to release him on expiry of his police custody. Court allowed him to carry his medicines to the jail. Court ordered that he be kept in a separate cell since he has Z security.
