Courts don't differentiate between Chief Minister and common man: Judge

Dharmabad Magistrate N.R.Gajbhiye has observed that courts do not differentiate between chief ministers and common man. All are equal before the law.

He made this observation rejecting a recall petition filed by Andhra Pradesa Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu and ordering him to appear before it on Oct 15.

The case is related to a protest by Naidu against the construction of the Babli project in Maharashtra.
